CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS

All cards have a 2.5% charge added
due to surcharges by card companies.

The Deposit amount required when paying
with a card is $250 x 2.5% = US$256.25.

All other Rent Payments using a card:
Reservations will advise you on all amounts due and dates they are to
be paid. The amount is then to be entered in the Rent Payments box.
