TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LIGHT HOUSE CLEANING, LAUNDRY, DISH WASHING AND GENERAL UPKEEP DURING THEIR STAY. A CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL HOUSE KEEPING WILL APPLY.
